The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of lawn maintenance technicians, ensuring the completion of all tasks, and maintaining the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate a team of lawn maintenance technicians.
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain and update daily schedules and job sites.
- Monitor the use of equipment and materials to ensure they are being used effectively.
- Conduct regular training sessions for technicians on new equipment and techniques.
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the lawn maintenance industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of landscaping, horticulture, and lawn maintenance techniques.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
